About Soulful Yoga

Yoga has become part of mainstream culture, with its potential to build strength and flexibility and support mental well-being. But well beyond its health and wellness benefits, yoga is a vast, comprehensive and ancient system of practices that create the conditions for profound spiritual deepening.

Modeled on the approach of Radiant Body Yoga, Kosi Revaya Soulful Yoga facilitates progressive practice experiences that journey inward. Using poses (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), energetic work (kundalini kriyas), chanting (mantra) and meditation (dhyana), we move toward deeper refinement and levels of subtlety.

All Kosi Revaya Soulful Yoga practices are β€œall-levels,” available to a broad range of levels of physicality and yoga practice experience. While Soulful Yoga provides physical activity, its focus is on using movement to create a physical container for enlivened openness. In that space, and using a holistic approach, anything in our physical, mental, emotional and energetic field is given safe space to present, and then either dissolve or become healthfully integrated into the fabric of our being. Patience, steady practice and deepening reverence create the conditions to expand awareness, shift perspective, and bring our entire lives into deeper alignment with the Divine.
