Kosi Revaya Yoga offers weekly, virtual pay-what-you-can practice many Friday mornings at 8:30 am Eastern time. Practice is offered in a series around a theme. Our current series is featured below. The Journey Out As the Journey In

3 weekly virtual sessions, 60 minutes each
As we begin the book of Shemot (literally “names”), we explore individual and communal identity. This series will be centered around a kundalini kriya (a precise combination of movement, breath and energy work) to promote flexibility and freedom, using practice to play with the edge between “self” and “Self,” between “me” and “we.” Each class begins with grounding movement of breath, sound and awareness, and the asana (poses) as preparation for the kriya. This practice is still suitable for any level of yoga experience and designed for those looking for the way in as the way out (“exodus”).
